Cancellation Policy
Customers are able to cancel orders for a full refund prior to the order being prepared for shipment. Once an order has been prepared for shipping or shipped, we do not accept cancellations. To cancel an order, email us.
Return Policy
We accept returns of books for partial refunds within 14-days of receipt as long as the book remains in “new” condition. If there are any markings, noticeable creases in the cover, bent pages, or other evidence of use, we do not accept returns. Please contact us before returning a book to assure that we have the intent to return the book confirmed within 14-days. Customers will receive a partial refund minus the initial shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend returning books with a method that includes a tracking number.
