Shipping Information

Shipping within the United States

In order to keep our prices as low as possible and our books accessible, we ship all books through the USPS at book rate. USPS does not provide tracking information on these shipments and do not provide notifications on when books ship. Due to changes at USPS, some orders have been experiencing delays. Our books generally ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. While most books arrive within 7-14 days, we are no longer able to accurately estimate when books will arrive due to changes at USPS. Please note that we do not provide shipping notifications at the current time.

Orders of Multiple Books

When ordering multiple books, it is possible that they may ship separately, even books in the same series. This is more likely when ordering paperback and hardcovers in the same order; the hardcovers generally will ship later than paperback copies.

International Shipping

International shipping often takes 2-3 weeks, occasionally longer, for the shipment to arrive. We are not able to provide tracking information on international orders without significant increases in prices. If you require tracking information, you can purchase through other vendors or contact us about making a direct payment with the exact shipping price. However, our shipping options on international orders with tracking often increases the cost by over double. Typically, it is cheaper to purchase through other vendors if you require tracking information.

Replacement Orders

We replace orders for free when the delivery problem is due to our error or an error with the shipping vendor. When the error is due to customer error, such as providing the wrong address, not picking up the package, or the package being undeliverable (including from the customer not accepting the order due to not being at the delivery address), we ask the customer to pay for the shipping costs to reship the package. We are committed to keeping our book prices as low as possible to make our books accessible to a wide range of customers. As a small publishing company, we cannot replace products due to customer error, remain viable, and keep our prices as low as they are.
